THE GILDED VOCALS DIFFERENCE

Classical Training Meets Contemporary Taste

Jacob Kenison brings over a decade of professional training to every engagement, including study under a former New York City Opera conductor and competition-winning performance at the national level. That foundation makes every performance more reliable, more flexible, and more capable of creating the moment you need, whether that means a soaring processional, a smooth Sinatra set during cocktail hour, or a quietly powerful ballad during the reception dinner.

This is not background music as an afterthought. It is a considered, professional, live performance scaled to your event and your guests.

Not Background Music.
An Experience.

There is a moment at every well-planned event when the room settles, the energy shifts, and something unexpected happens. That is what Gilded Vocals is built for.

Jacob Kenison is a professionally trained tenor whose background spans opera stages, concert halls, and competitive performance at the national level. That training is what separates a Gilded Vocals performance from the typical wedding entertainment option. But the repertoire is more than classical. From Frank Sinatra to Ed Sheeran, from Great American Songbook standards to contemporary ballads, the performance is shaped around your event and your guests.

The result is live music that commands the room when it should, and disappears elegantly into the background when the moment calls for it.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Jacob Kenison perform as a vocalist at our Toasts & Tidings holiday event, and he was exceptional from start to finish. Jacob is an incredibly talented live vocalist with a warm, rich tone and a strong stage presence that elevated the entire guest experience.

His ability to read the room and adapt his performance to the energy of the event was remarkable. From festive holiday classics to soulful, modern arrangements, his live music created the perfect ambiance for a high-end event setting. Guests commented throughout the evening on how polished, professional, and moving his performance was.

Jacob is the kind of vocalist who enhances an event without overpowering it. His sound quality, musicality, and professionalism make him an ideal choice for corporate events, holiday parties, private celebrations, and upscale gatherings. He was punctual, easy to work with, and clearly experienced in performing for curated, detail-driven events.

If you are looking for a skilled live vocalist in Utah who brings warmth, elegance, and a memorable musical experience to your event, Jacob Kenison is a fantastic choice. We would gladly work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone seeking live music for special events.
